We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at tosuniperth@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to assist you with an exchange or refund!

**Important:**
Our return policy is only valid within 7 days from the order delivery date.
The outer packaging of items such as this are for the protection of the contents inside, therefore any damages, scratches, cosmetic issues to the outer packaging will not be compensated.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are waiting for a refund, please double-check your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as processing times may vary. Don’t forget to check with your bank as well.
