Backorder Item Information
- This is a Backorder item and is not available for immediate dispatch from TOSUNI.
- After your order is placed, we will source the item from our Korean supplier.
- Your order will be shipped once the item arrives at TOSUNI, so the dispatch timeline may vary.
- Delays may occur due to supplier availability, shipping, and customs.
- If ordered with in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the backorder item arrives (for faster delivery, please place separate orders).
Payment / Changes / Cancellations
- Backorder items are charged at checkout and we place the order with our Korean supplier after payment is confirmed.
- Once the backorder has been placed with the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. An order will only be cancelled if our supplier is unable to source the item (e.g., sold out/unavailable). In that case, we will contact you and issue a refund.
